Delivery within Europe is included when you purchase a bicycle or frameset. If you live outside of Europe, contact us directly and we will help you out!

We accept all major credit cards and our payment solution is provided by Stripe. We constantly work to add more payment functionality along the way.

We work to ship the bicycle as soon as we can, but most often we need to build the bike upon order. A normal order will see your bike delivered within three weeks from ordering. Get in touch if you need urgent delivery.

Once we have received your order we start preparing the bicycle and making it ready for packing and shipping. Most often we start building the bicycle after your order and requests, which can take 1-2 weeks depending on your requirements.
